Hi guys,
I have been playing this game for a week, but yesterday when standart version is published, i had a trouble. When opening the game, i hear "EA Sports its in the game" sound but screen is black after that there is only background picture on menu, there is no text or something. There are another people who having this problem too;

Community ManagerHey @asildirekli May I please ask if your game was installed in its default location on the system drive?
Make sure also to close all the background applications first and check and install all the latest Windows updates. You can find all the steps in our tech guide.
Community ManagerYou can try deleting the existing settings folder from this location C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 25 (App Data is usually a hidden folder so it can be changed from the View dropdown.) It is possible that the old one was damaged in some way.
If the problem is not fixed after that, please also delete the Personal Settings 1 file after you launch the game.
Could you tell us when Ea will finally fix the stuttering problem, its been almost 2 weeks, also we got an sp claim problem in FUT for all weekly objectives. Gotta be some sort of compensation when we are missing around 5-10k sp points for the season pass.
