Log in issue

Hey, so i wanted to casually log on fc25 (pc), and i randomly have an issue with loading in at the setting file screen, it shows that i have a file but its empty, i never deleted my data and whenever i try pressing on it, its shows failed to load, anyone knows how to fix that?
