Loosing acess to the transfer market

I am not banned or having any ban history, today suddenly I can't place any player to transfer list and I don't know or have any idea why?

Can anybody please help ,I don't know even how to communicate with ea help or whatever. 

Will appreciate your help please

    Hey @essoloda Please let us know what error message appears when you attempt to sell your player items. If you have completed multiple transactions in a short period, please wait at least 24 hours before trying again. In the meantime, consider playing some games or completing other activities in Ultimate Team.
