Lost coins and card
Hello. Yesterday I lost 700k and two cards from the club. I set up a case where I contacted the staff in a chat room. The consultant was to take the matter further. Today I reopened the case and asked a question in the chat about me. After a while it disconnected me from the chat and now that I want to resume the case there is no button to return to the chat or any other form of contact. When I tried to start a new topic, there was also no form of contact. Please help
