I also am having the same issue, and i’ve owned the game pre order. This is absolute nonsense. The servers have been down multiple times for ultimate team, and now this glitch is happening to me too. I really would like EA to try and fix it because at the moment I cannot even play. I was in ultimate team and it kicked me out and when I went to log back in, that was what was on my main menu. Constantly reloading the game did nothing. What a shame.
