Manager mode player contract and negotiation glitch

On EA FC 25 manager mode the central screen will not move on from player negotiations and contacts. 

For instance "Negotiate with S. Kallaku" & "Contact Offered to S. Kallaku" stay on the central screen even though they no longer play for the team at all...

Please fix this issue.
