match soft ban

As everyone else I was doing Milestone objectives like Silver and Bronze squad, first owned 11, league mastery... I got soft banned after a couple quit. I don't know when I will bet unbanned and don't know if there is a way to check it. Do you guys know anything ? I have 1 more points do achieve for Rivals Weekly Upgraded reward.

They can review any ban/suspensions on the account for you if you think there's been a mix-up with the ban, and they'll lift it if the investigation confirms no rules were broken. U got your problem solved after 24 hours? I got the same problem and I have read that the soft ban remains for 24h and if I try to play again the countdown resets

EA can’t play games keep getting disconnected am I soft banned if so if I keep trying does the timer reset I haven’t able to play any games properly for 14 hours or so now tried to play this morning and didn’t work does that mean I’ve to wait until tomorrow morning ?

Do you go into a game and if completed (or they quit) you get disconnected and put back to UT menu? If so this is happening to me
