Matching BOTS in RIVALS lobby

Hi Team, I am facing a challenge in finding the rivals or champs matches, I and my friends are consistently meeting bots on the rivals game from last couple of days. We are playing on ps4 version and are not even able to play single game. Please fix this issue. Region : India. I tired troubleshooting everything , Crossplay switched on , even tried removing approximate location. 

The opponent name starts with xhshahah something similar to this and leaves the lobby , not even able to play the match.
