Matchmaking Broken

I am currently 3 games off of elite division, and I cannot find a game. I have tried last night and now today at 6-7PM. My matchmaking settings are the same as before, location and cross play off, with solo opponents only. Every time I search for a game, it takes around 4-5 minutes to find a game. Without fail, every game I load into is against a co-op opponent and not a single player. Is anyone else having this issue, how did you fix it?
