MICRO STUTTERING PS5

Hello,
I'm facing this problem after I tried to make some delay settings from youtube and saved them in the game, I'm having some problems now when I want to defend or pass. It gives me a micro stuttering, the player freezes for a second and I lose reaction in the game, I can't play. I tried to reset the console, reinstall the game, delete the saves from the save data and my settings in the game remain the same, they are not on default. I deleted and installed the game 5-6 times, I don't have the settings on default, can someone help me?

• Gamertag unuiuno
• Platform PS5
• Game mode Ultimate team
• Summary of Issue micro stuttering playstyle , defending, passing.
• Recent Timestamp (Date, Time, Timezone)  all match
• Playstyle that is causing this issue yes
• Dxdiag report (if on PC)
