Ive not received mine either and I’ve spoke to ea help chat twice over the last week and there doesn’t seem to be a fix, big lack of communication they just say they will log it to correct people and to keep checking the forums but had no correspondence from them at all, some of my FC friend have had theirs and others haven’t so I’m gonna accept that I’m just not getting my club coins
I've tried to use EA Help for the same problem of missing club coins. 3 emails and no help just keep referring me to the faq or this answers section for player posts. Everytime I hit a reward tier that includes club coins they do not appear in my account. Ultimate edition didn't come with the coins either.
