Missing Coins in EA FC 25 Transfer Market

i placed multiple bids on players like ake werner and gusto. Some players i put on the market and there was an error and the card was nowhere found in my club or transfer list and it was just gone and i lost my coins. i got outbid multiple times on a werner and i didnt get my coins back that i spend on the bid. Really annoying
