Missing Fifa Points

My Son had 6000 Fifa points on his account and on the 17th he logged on and they had disappeared.

My wife rang Microsoft with is been on Xbox and they advised us to use EA online chat to resolve the issue.

Now I've been on the website and its feel like you don't want people reaching out for help as every web page passes you to and from without ever giving you the option to contact anyone.

For such a large company I'm honestly disappoint so far as it feel like I'm having to jump through hoops just to reach out for help
