I have the same issue right now. I followed EA’s confusing help desk steps I was told no suspicious activity found there for no resolution will happen. Both Satyam and Shartak in customer services said the same thing. I asked to speak to a supervisor with Shartak and point black was told that is not an option. I further explained I saw the email that my password was changed and how I quickly went in and changed my password but by that time it was too late. They did absolutely nothing.
