missing points from sony store
Hi there,
On Sunday evening UK time, I made 2 EA FC points purchases through the Sony Playstation store: 786765129805765 (5900 points) and 786765190803782 (100 points).
While the 100 points transaction has come through, nothing has come through with regards to the 5900 points transaction. I've checked in the Game and App Services section on my PS5, and there are mentions relating to FC Points for the following: 100, 500, 12000, 2800 and 18500, plus the Ultimate Preorder Content, yet there is nothing appearing for 5900.

Looking at the image you shared, it looks like you bought FC 24 points by accident. I'd reach out to PlayStation to see if they can offer a refund so you can buy points for he right game.
