Missing points

I bought 1050 fc points but they still did not reach my account. Does anyone know how to fix this issue, its been since fifa 22. I also did all the steps in the troubleshooting page, watched yt vids, asked ai, and emailed EA, but I dont know how to fix this issue. Please help ASAP i want to fix this problem.
