Missing Pre-Season Rewards - FC 24 objectives for FC 25 packs

Do you guys know what time we getting the fc24 obj packs? (UTC+3)

    @everyone

    October 17th edit.

    While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.

    Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

why i havent received my 84x5 on fc 25 from completing fc 24 season pass

I received only half of them, the hero loan, the 80x10, the 81x7 and 82x5. the rest are missing... we pay for a game at the price of gold and they can't do anything right
