Missing Pre-Season Rewards - FC 24 objectives for FC 25 packs

Do you guys know what time we getting the fc24 obj packs? (UTC+3)

October 17th edit.

While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.

Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

to get them do i have to log on the console or it's enough on webapp and companion? i played the ten hours on ps but are finished now
