While there were some initial delays, we can confirm now that all rewards have been successfully granted to all eligible players.
Please note that rewards are tied to platform family so if you switched platform, these rewards may not be available in-game.

Hi ii have done all FC 24 objectifs but i didnt receive all of theme

Hello I completed all of the fc25 pre season rewards by doing the objectives in fc24.
Unfortunately I only received the 80x10 and the new hero pick.
I was meant to receive these rewards plus:
-81x7
-82x5
-82x10
-84x5
-icon loan pick
Is there anyway this issue could be resolved.

Me too, finished everything yet only 2 packs were received. EA is a joke
@LhadjyZZZ Their wording was "starting on Oct 10" not "by or on Oct 10." But, hopefully not long! I'm waiting on them myself!

at the end of fc24 there was a preseason promo where I got packs for new fc25 today was the day I was supposed to get them all but I’ve only received 1 set of rewards despite me doing all the ultimate team objectives wondering when will I get my correct rewards thanks in advance.
