Re: FC 25 Season Pass

As other users have mentioned, some unclaimed rewards from the season pass did not get claimed when the season ended. As far as most of us were aware, they should have been automatically claimed (and what's claimed would be what was in the first slot). However, as far as I remember, I had maybe between 7-10 unclaimed rewards from the whole season pass, and when the season ended about ~7 hours ago, and I logged in about an hour ago, I did not get all of them.

Entering the objectives menu and the season pass tab, the game gave me a screen saying that "I received XXX unclaimed rewards from last season", however all of the players on the screen was this generic pink card that had no name or no stats, just said "player" or something along those lines (unfortunately I didn't get a screenshot of it). I assumed that maybe it was just a visual bug and that I received the actual players, but upon checking my unclaimed items and my club, I discovered that I had gotten none of them.

As far as I'm aware, I did not receive:

• either of the Level 25 rewards  - TOTS Flashback Lisandro Martinez (94 OVR) or Donny van de Beek (94 OVR))
• either of the Level 35 rewards – TOTS Moments Daniel Burn (94 OVR) or 85+ x10 Rare Gold Players Pack -> In this case I assumed I would have gotten Daniel Burn since I believe he was in the first slot but I did not
• either of the Level 40 rewards – TOTS Moments Ferran Torres (95 OVR) or 89+ x7 Rare Gold Players Pack -> Again I assume I would have gotten Ferran Torres but I do not see him anywhere in my club

These are the ones I am very sure were unclaimed or were not given correctly and that I definitely do not see in my club. If the packs were given then it's hard to tell as I have quite a few packs saved up, but the level 25 reward of 2 players means I should have at least one of them, but I have neither. This makes me further question whether the other unclaimed rewards that had both player and pack choices were even assigned to me at all, since there's proof that there are definitely missing rewards.
