Mobile transfer markt
Even though I opened the playing time and all other settings from mobile and ps, I cannot enter the transfer market from mobile or web.

Not only the playtime is to take into consideration.
There are a few factors as you can see in this article.
Just to let you know, we don't have the ability to unlock transfer market for players, neither can EA Help. In some cases, you have to be patient unfortunately.
