my account was banned because of hacker

I bought the game from steam platform and a few months ago my account was hacked, after I got support from steam to get my account back, my EA account was banned and I can't play online, I don't know what the hacker did or what happened, I filed an appeal but it's been over a day and there's been no response, can I get the ban removed?
