My fc 25 points aren’t appearing Help

I bought 1050 fc 25 points,when I logged on they weren’t there even after hours of waiting and multiple restart attempts, how do I get my points back?

Hey Singhisgoated,

It can take 24 hours for your FC Points to be reflected on your account. If you don't have them by then, I'd recommend gathering your proof of purchase and reaching out to our live support team. They can take a look.

Hi there. Please try completely shutting down FC 25 and loading back into it. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

  Im playing with xbox cloud gaming , i shutted down and its didnt worked!
