My FC25 account got hacked and players were submitted into sbcs i didnt do

Okay so yesterday i had packed Ze Roberto, Papin, and marchisio through the webapp and my coin balance was at around 90-60K. After some hours i went into the webapp again and my players were gone, there were 2 concept teams i never created, alot of sbcs that i didnt submit nor start, my coin balance was at 38K and my players in the club were around 190. At around this time yesterday i went in for a 3rd time and again more sbcs were completed without me even doing them, my coin balance was at 32K and my players in club were 160ish.  I have already received information from the EA advisors and they have redirected me here to ask for further help.
