So i purchased the game 2 days ago and was expecting to buy the premium pass but was unable to even unlock my regular season. I've tried re-installing my game aswell as restarting it a bunch of times, however, I've not had anything positive coming from it. I really want to get this season pack as soon as possible.
Go to EA account management, check ur connected accounts, if ur google account isn't linked, link it also just double check all the settings under account management

I've managed to sort it out. I hthink i had to relink my google account aswell as double check all my account settings hopefully this helps anyone who's going through the same issue.
Mine has been down for 2 days and nothing. No way to contact ea directly to raise the issue that many of us are having. This is ridiculous as I'm one of many who's purchased the premium pass that we can't access. If this does not get fixed soon it's theft end of.
How did you manage to contact them through live chat?
same here - had live chats with EA but they are useless - just get some chatbot applying the most relevant scripted response
Mine has been down since purchasing four days and still nothing from EA I can't even ring them
