New Switch - FC25 data not syncing from EA account

Question

Looking for help. I’ve just purchased a replacement Switch after my previous one died. I’ve been playing Fc25 for the past month. I’ve redownloaded the game to my new Switch — and its connected to my Nintendo account — but I’m not seeing any of my progress in FC25. It’s like starting from scratch.

The Switch recognizes my EA account, in that my EA username is showing within the game on the Switch, but there’s no option to load any of my career mode/players saved progress or data. Any suggestions?

Your progress in game modes like Online Seasons, Co-Op Seasons, Manager and Player Career, Clubs, etc. will be specific to the console you are playing on and won’t transfer between consoles. It's saved only on the console and not online.&nbsp;
