No Rivals rewards

Hello,

Last week, I reached Div 3 and gained the 35 points for the higher rewards. Yesterday, I went onto Rivals to collects my rewards, but it just went into the game mode side of it and never gave me any rewards. I have since checked the Web and Mobile App and nothing on there either. 

Can anyone help or suggest a fix?
