NOT FOUND text on player cards.

Hi there, 

I really don't know how this functions but seeing as EA''s official support is next to useless, I will post here in hopes of the issue being fixed. 

There's a problem on all the new player cards since FUT Birthday and the new promo has been affected as well. All the new player cards have a NOT FOUND text at the top followed by a gray background. The stats are not visible neither are the playstyles. I have to go into player profile each time to view the playstyles and stats. It's also happening on evolution cards where nothing can be seen except the NOT FOUND text. 

The issue has been on my game for two weeks now and these are the steps I took to try and resolve it

Reinstalled the game TWICE 
Verified steam files
Reinstalled EA client
Repaired the client

Despite my best efforts, I still have the bug and I can't emphasize how annoying this issue has gotten to be. The whole UI of FC25 is slow as the last game where I think you need NASA's computer to switch through the menus swiftly. Anyways along with the slow UI and everything I know have to view each player stats manually, its especially annoying when it comes to evolutions. 

I kind of expected this to be fixed with the Dreamchasers promo and all that but the new cards are bugged as well and I'm starting to think this bug is here to stay with me.

I'm really hoping for some actual assistance here because EA Support more and more seems like a waste of time. 

I've really been struggling to find anything related to this issue on reddit, the forums here, etc. but no conrete solution as of yet.
