Ongoing Crashes in EA FC25 with No Support Response—When Will This Be Fixed?

I've been experiencing consistent crashes in EA FC25, and it's completely ruining my experience. The game crashes mid-match without any error message, and I've tried everything—updating drivers, reinstalling, clearing cache, and even adjusting graphics settings. Despite all this, the issue persists.

What's worse is that it seems I'm not alone. Other players are facing the same issue, but we’re not getting any meaningful response or fix from EA. I’ve already invested time, money, and effort into troubleshooting on my own because EA support hasn’t been responsive. Why should we pay for a game we can't even play properly?

We need an update on this issue ASAP and a clear indication of when a fix will be available. It’s frustrating to feel ignored as a paying customer. EA, please show your players that you care and address this problem!
