Community ManagerHi there. We don't have compensation available for connection issues. What we should do is go through some connection troubleshooting to try to find out what's causing your lag and disconnects. First, I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score as well as the match history. You can find the button for that on the left side of the screen.
