@Seumas23numpty I’ve also discovered that but have no idea how to change that level. I think the problem is so much complicated that we can’t solve it without EA.
I’ve spent over 10 hours troubleshooting this and just can’t understand it. My twinbrother has the exactly same type of PSN account and EA account like me, saying that he’s 14 years old and has the parental control setting activated. No restrictions should affect any of us from playing online. I’m almost 100% sure about that. My twin bro also bought the ultimate edition and here is the strange thing. He can play online in ultimate team, and the only difference between us is that he plays on PS5 and I on PS4. He’s not done anything to get online access or something, it did just work from the beginning. With the same parental control settings.
By the way, @Seumas23numpty the problem maybe won’t get solved by changing the level like your theory. When I logged in and checked the level information at my brothers PS5 it said parental control “3 years” which might be the same as level 2 on ps4.
Together we continue to fight to get what we’ve paid for. If we fail we should all get our many back.
