I've just logged into FC24 with no issues.
It seems to be FC25
My son is getting upset as he worked hard over the summer holidays for the ultimate edition
Ditto... wasted a whole day removing and reinstalling, checking all settings 100 times. The only detail I can't find out is what the maturity level is for FC25? - presuming the same as FC24.
