Opened a pack with 2.500fc points glitch

I open a pack with 2.500fc points and some crazy glitch happened that it took my FC points, and pack didn't open.. my game just crashed and when I comeback no pack, no players in the club, no FC points.. need a solution for it asap..

    The link you sent is where I just was told to make post here. Really weird situation I understand this glitch was not usual glitch but how hard is to at least refound in my account the 2.500 FC points back..
