Oppening pack issue

Im facing issue regarding the packs claiming iN FC25 i opened a mega pack and inside it was gold pack i tried to claim it but its crushing and its not allowing to me to open the other packs . I Need help i use Ps5 platform and i attached the screen picture from my tv for the issue .
