Our Promotion game win was not counted

I was playing Clubs with friends on the 6/4/2025, around 10:30 am AEST. We has one game to win to be promoted to elite division. We won 3-0, and in the post game lobby, we did not receive the promotion screen, we merely got a lost connection screen and were removed to lobby, where the game did not count. I have the clip saved on my PS5

The message read: "There was a problem communicating with the EA Servers. You will be returned to the FC Main Menu. Please Try Again" 

We need justice. M3n in Paris deserves to be in Elite.
