Pack error

Question

Last night i opened a mega pack and i got a loan pack.
I cant claim that and now i cant open my div rivals reward couse this freaking loan pack.
Pls delete this kind if packs, and solve this really fast because if its will be the same way in the weekend people will destroy ea😂😂
