packs for you section wont reset for months

Hello there. My name is Matei Dragos and i have an issue with the section  "packs for you" . While all my friends , some of them streamers, got they packs for you section renewed with almost each new promo, mine is stuck at 88 hero player pick for some months now. At least its 2 months since i saw that section reset. They got cheap packs to choose on and so on while im stuck with 1 pack of 180k coins containing 2 expired base heroes of 88 + . Some of you guys experienced the same problem ? Best regards to all.
