[PC] High GPU usage in Menus

This has been an issue since FIFA 23 and EA dont seem to try to fix it, my laptop is louder in the menus than it is during the actual game which is insane.

GPU usage goes up to 80-90% while just doing SBCs, which heats up the laptop and makes the fans go louder. During a match tho everything is fine.

Will this be ever fixed?
