PC Lags with fc25 in background

I Had the same issue last year with fc24, when i alt tab out the game, and have it running in background my pc is unusable. Youtube videos i have on second screen are laggy aswell both when im playing the game, and when it is just in background.

Is there any fix to that? Cannot find anyone listing this issue
