Penalty win counts as loss bug
I'm playing manager career mode and just won a carabao cup quarterfinals on penalties. But when the match ended, the game registered the result as a loss, 12-5 on penalties when it was a 12-13 win......

This also happened to me too, Carabao Cup Semi Final, I am Arsenal I was playing Chelsea, I won 11-12 but it says I lost 11-7 which isn't even possible
