Same here, tried chat 2 times and forum post. they all say go send email and wait 10 days pretty much
they decline although over 10 disputes ,,, no reverse for their decsion,,, and chat do nothing do not act on TOS team
what we can do now ... over 60$ pay for what playing offline ,,, fit girl can afford that without a penny
