Community ManagerThank you. That's not bad, but it will experience issues. Can you switch to a wired connection or is your router too far away? I realized you tried a wire, but when switching, you need to make sure a full power cycle of your network equipment and console/PC needs to be done.
Hey, as you mentioned that I already tried wire but it didn't work out.
How can we get rid of this problem?

I have no problem with the ISP. We already made all the checks. It seems that the issue is coming from the EA servers.
