Personnel Settings Deleted

This afternoon I played the game and close without any problem. When I opened it again in evening but my all settings (control, camera, graphics, favourite team, career mode game, controls etc.) have been deleted. I lost my career mode game, I lost my graphic and gameplay settings ( I set up them after many Youtube videos and forum comments) because without these settings, I have stutters problem even if 4070 graphics card. Now, I lost everything and I feel like I just bought the game. Actually I don't understand why we have to strive these absurd problems.
