Pro camera ultimate team nvidia settings

So I've been playing this game for the last 2 months, and have tried multiple settings regarding getting consistent fps without any input lag, 

My setup I have ryzen 3600, 32gb 3200mhz ram. Rtx 2070 super the gsme is stored on d drive ssd, the monitor is hp m32f with 60hz native 75 hz pc, I use every setting on lowest to achieve the best fps I can, yet I've tried multiple settings in the nvidia co trol panel fast limit fps ultra low latency vsync on off adaptive change in file to 75hz frequency it seems to work for a short period then generally upon starting the game the next day the input lag/ delay returns.

If anyone could direct me on how 6o fix this I would love to continue playing as the game itself is good when it works well, failing that I end my subscription with ea games so it's their loss

I have graphics drivers upto date etc etc 

I had same problem last year with higher end graphics card and better monitor I won't be playing any more and will move to the Chinese version of online football gaming e football as it runs smoothly compared with this troublesome game.
