Problem with a gold pack

I have opened a packet on the packet was players and 1 LOAN PACK - that pack i cant open , when i try to open it - there was a problem connecting to the football ultimate servers . Try again later. 

i m playing from on ps5, i didnt buy this pack .. today on the morning from rewards from division was that **bleep** pack .. 

help pls
