PS4 Parental Controls Broken

My son is unable to play on the PS4, always pops up Saying Parental Controls are disabling Online content. 

There are no parental controls set on his PS4, he is 14 on his EA account so that shouldn't be an issue. He can play FC24 with no issues.

This needs to be looked at urgently by EA, clearly the problem is at their end, there are going to be a lot of unhappy children this Friday when the game fully releases.
