PS4 to PS5 dual entitlement not working

I was previously playing FC25 on a PS4. I have tried to use the dual entitlement feature on a new PS5 today and whiskt the redeem code was accepted and appears in my transactions, I am not able to do...

On your PS5, go to Games, Library, My collection. 

All your downloadable games are there and you should have access to FC 25.
