PS4/PS5 Controller not recognized by the app

I’ve literally tried everything, I have the game installed in EA play, disabled overlay, tried the Steam fix, literally tried everything, and I truly need a solution, we all do. There is a thread with 320 replies regarding this in the past week and you still haven’t addressed it! And still you f’d up the anti cheat and you don’t let us use DS4 to do the job that you couldn’t, pathetic. I’ve tried every, every, everything possible.
