PS5 controller bug on pc

I have tried to get my controller to work for 3 weeks and yet to get any input into ea fc 25, i have asked ea help 5 times and no solution, does anyone know if its a pc issue within files or controller issue?

I have done what everyone has done to try and fix this issue and still waiting for a fix.
