PS5 Game keeps hanging

I could open a thread on the terrible gameplay on UT and the complete lack of logic in things that happen - meanwhile I could write a book about it - but as I saw yet hundreds of similar complaints and nothing happens, besides that EA launches patches that make the game experience even worse, so I stick to an issue that maybe EA can resolve. In the last 30 min I had to restart FC25 5 times because the game keeps hanging and gets stuck while switching to the store or opening a pack. I must say this improves the overall game image a lot and is very joyfull for players ... do something about it.
